The pictures are of a 6 Passenger Emerge we prepared for a customer here in Kirkland WA. It was bought to be donated to their University for a special program. (www.uihome.uidaho.edu/operationeducation) The rear seat on the back also folds down into a flat bed which can be used to haul a wheel chair if needed. The husband (Wray) and wife (Barbara) met at University of Idaho and the Barbara’s brother also went to school there. They are avid University of Idaho Alumni and purchased the 6 Passenger Emerge to donate to a new program called Operation Education at the University of Idaho in memory of Barbara’s brother. We had a plaque made in honor of Barbara’s brother who died in 1963 in F-100 crash. We had decals adhered to the front of the Emerge and on the sides and we created the enclosure. Operation Education is a scholarship program for veterans who have been wounded in service to our nation, and/or their spouses. The Emerge was dedicated at a U of I Football Game. Joe and I went with Joes’ kids to the President’s luncheon prior to the game and then attended the game. University President’s wife is the inspiration behind the Operation Education program. The vehicle was donated and given to the University President’s wife as a surprise by the alumni at the luncheon. Then at half time, the Emerge was driven onto the football field and it was announced and introduced to the fans.
